There’s lots of tools out there to help you manage your studio – Google calendar, excel and Google docs, canned email responses, etc.

And these are great tools, but it would be even better if they were combined into one intuitive program.

That’s where we’d like to introduce you to ShootZilla.

Shootzilla does all of the things that your calendar, excel docs, etc. do, and more. It allows you to schedule your emails, stores client data (invoices, emails, etc.), a calendar that shows your busy periods and free days at a glance, and allows you to set up workflows to automate various emails and tasks.

And the overview feature allows you to know at a quick glance what needs your attention immediately – and what can wait.

I’ll even let the creators of ShootZilla take you on a short tour of the software:

Keep in mind too, you can use this for more than just weddings too – it works just as well for portrait sessions (though we know that many of you do both portraits and weddings).

Clearly, the creators have thought of almost everything the average photographer needs in a cohesive workflow.

Cool stuff, isn’t it??
